Day 1 after a visit to the vet we started Alfie on Apoquel. Half a tablet twice a day. within a couple of hours it was noticeable that he was a little quiet but the scratching had eased. after about 9-10 hours he started to scratch but not as much as before.
Day 2 another half a tablet this morning, itching and scratching appears to have lessened and poo seems to be ok. Will get in touch with Millies Wolfheart again re. his and Tupps food. The evening pill taken and still no adverse signs and very quiet through the night.He was trying to lick certain places on his body but not much. His appetite is good as always and he still had plenty of energy to run free all though it is very warm.
Day 3 Morning pill taken and Alfie seems quieter not so hyper, I wonder if its because he's sleeping better, no more being woken with the itchyness of his skin.
